Beauford Jones [Football '15]

Beauford Jones attended Connors State College in 1955 and 1956, where he played football and obtained All-American honors.

Following his career at Connors, he attended Northeastern State University where he played football for two seasons, starting both seasons.

After graduating from NSU, he played semi-pro football in Kansas City. While in Kansas City, he worked construction with his brother and met his future wife, Winnie. They were married in 1963. Winnie had three children whom Jones adopted. The couple later had two boys of their own.

Jones worked for Paxton, Inc., retiring after 39 years.
