Gifts to the Connors Development Foundation have created thousands of scholarships impacting the lives future nurses, agriculturalists, and entrepreneurs.
The amount and availability of each scholarship may vary from year-to-year; therefore, the recipient of each scholarship will be notified by award letter of the amount and stipulations. In the event the recipient does not accept the award, alternates will be chosen. For further details, please contact the Foundation office at (918) 463 - 6343. Full-time status is 12 hours per semester. All documents must be submitted to the Connors Development Foundation by March the 1st.

Open to all students maintain full-time status & a 2.5 GPA.
Barnie J. Cheek
Open to incoming freshmen majoring in a agricultural field. Maintain 2.75 GPA & full-time status. Preference given to Sequoyah county resident, work-study, student, & based on financial need & achievements. If student quits working for the college, he/she will not be awarded the scholarship the following semester. Student must reapply each fall semester to continue the scholarship.

Hoyt James Scholarship

Nero Teaching
Recipient must be majoring in Teacher Education. Must maintain 1/2 time status (no less that 6 credit hours per semester) & a 2.5 GPA.

Open to Non-traditional students. Preference is given to Sequoyah County residents. Must have a 2.0 GPA at entry & maintain a 2.0 GPA.

Tom Wood
Selection is based on unmet needs by other scholarship funds & the recipient must not receive State or Federal Financial Aid or enhanced ACT Scholarship. Primary consideration is given to CSC employees or the child or spouse of a current or retired CSC employee. Recipient must maintain 3.0 GPA. Funds may be used to meet tuition, books, supplies, materials, room & board or other related college expenses & shall be paid directly to Connors State College.
Vera E. Stangle
Open to Freshmen students maintaining a 2.3 GPA. Scholarship funds will be awarded each semester for one academic year (2 semesters) only. The Director of Baptist Student Union will select the most outstanding freshman student at the end of his/her first year & funds will be disbursed following selection.
Young Family
Student must be enrolled as a full-time student at Connors State College. Student must have at least a 2.5 GPA. Student will be selected by a representative(s) of the Young Family.
Olen and Roberta Sutton
Open to all incoming freshman. Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA and a full-time status. Preference given to Warner public school graduates with active membership in the FFA program. Students must reapply each fall semester to continue scholarship. Recipient will be selected by a representative of the Sutton family.
Sutton Family
Open to all teaching majors. Students must maintain a 2.5 GPA and a full-time status. Preference given to applicants that identify as a racial or ethnic minority, LGBTQIA or unmarried parents. Students must reapply each fall semester to continue scholarship. Recipient will be selected by a representative of the Sutton family.
Ramming Family
Open to all agriculture majors. Students must maintain a 2.5 GPA and a full-time status. Students must reapply each fall semester to continue scholarship. Recipient will be selected by a representative of the Ramming family.
