Wayne Easterling
Wayne Easterling looks for opportunities allowing growth for himself and others. Wayne earned an associates degree in computer science and business administration from Connors State College in 1985. He paid for his education by working as manager for the basketball team. By the time Wayne graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1987 with a B.S. in Administrative Management, he was an assistant store manager for Walmart.
During his six years at Walmart, he directed the offices of construction, architecture, real estate, engineering, value engineering, minority and women-owned business development and vendor development. Wayne reduced overall building costs while creating environmentally friendly stores.
Wayne currently lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife Tanya. He serves as President and CEO of Aunt Della’s Cookies.
Wayne’s loyalty, integrity, dedication, and overall commitment to quality has been noticed by numerous organizations nationwide. Wayne was a member of the Arkansas Governor’s Minority Business Advisory Council, Board Member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and Retail and Apparel Industry. He was awarded the Outstanding Dedication and Utilization of Minority Business, Founding Corporate Partner Award from Women’s Business Enterprise Council, and the Date Carnegie Highest Award for Achievement.
