Michael McGee

Dr. Michael McGee, originally from Harrisburg, Arkansas, earned his associates degree from CSC in 1966-68 while playing basketball for Cowboys’ coach Mr. Clarence Lynch. After graduating from CSC, he earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. In 1975, after attending the University of Oklahoma’s School of Medicine, he achieved M.D. status. He completed his education with an internship and a residency program at the University of Mississippi. Dr. McGee has traveled the world as a medical missionary, lecturing in foreign hospitals. Dr. McGee has contributed to several textbooks on the subject of Otolaryngology and is cited in many publications relating to his profession. He holds numerous professional society memberships and has a long list of awards and honors to his credit. Dr. McGee and his wife, Leann, have five children. Dr. McGee feels that his time at CSC was not only an enjoyable experience, but it prepared him to further his education at the university level. 

Michael was inducted in 2005.
